Pool hooked up to tariff 33
Had my pool hooked up to tariff 33, 2 weeks later no power looks like it is off in the box. Hooked up to 240V lead pump it is working. Switch is down looks off to me am I wrong, can I turn this on by myself?

What in the world are you talking about? What is tariff 33?
    Are you in the US/Canada?

    Stan,

Thanks to the miracle of Google, "Tariff #33" is a cost reduction for electrical use in "East Queensland, AU"

Most likely this would need to be answered by a local electrician in that area. It deals with what can be excluded from the list of authorized devices to meet the requirements of Tariff 33.

If this site were a .com.au site then I'd give them the benefit of the doubt that we'd know this.
If I need to Google everything to find out what someone is talking about IMO it's not worth it.

I agree though, it's not likely anyone outside Australia will know anything about this.
