$2.00 Framed bill, A-1 Boston, MA, 1976 Series
I have a framed, pristine condition 1976, $2.00 bill. Inherited from my grandfather. Not quite sure why it is framed. I looked at the Federal Reserve bank and it is Boston, Mass. Which it says A with a circle around it, and four 1's all around it. I just don't know the true significance of it. Also, A 02904651A. This was never circulated. I see you haven't responded to this site since 2008, so I am not quite sure you will respond, but it's worth a shot. If you need a picture or more numbers off it, let me know. Thanks!
