I have misplaced several of my old books and would like help locating another copy of one of them. It was published in mid or late 80's.
I don't remember title or author. A divorced mother of a nine or ten year old son becomes involved with an insurance salesman who lived in another city. His name was Rob and some of his coworkers called him Robbie, which he didn't like.
Rob came into town periodically to service a policy he had written for the small boutique shop where she worked. The ex husband (Dane, I think), was an alcoholic and this made her shy about getting involved with anyone. One weekend when the son is visiting with his father, Rob manages to get her to go on a date. After several dates, Rob takes her and her son to visit his office (I think it is in Texas) one Saturday. Eventually they start having sex and then get married. He moved in her house. They had a daughter after about a year of marriage I think they named her Sara.
