My step daughter is 13. She has been having a peroid for a year. She is embarrassed about at and won't talk to anyone about it. She won't tell us if she's on it or if she need supplies. She hides bloody underwear, socks, pads, tp in her room. When talked to about it she get hostile and demands I am putting it in there. She won't stop. I am the one left finding 8t and trashing it. I have put wet wipes, a trash can and let her do her own laundry so I don't see her unders and she still shoves it everywhere. Im at my wits end. Anyboy got anything for me?

Buy a large amount of supplies, and keep it available to her.

Make her sit and listen ( if she will not talk) tell her how to use them, paper sanitation and more.

Then start punishment if she does not follow rules, grounding, no internet and so on.

We have done everything you have suggested more then once. At least I know we have been going about it like we should but its not helping. Is it silly to take her to our family doctor about it ?
