    Hi I had my menstrual for 7 days it stopped and 5 days later started spotting and have been for 6 days now and in 2011 was told I had an cyst on my ovaries why am I spotting.

    Don't quote me on this but you may have had a miscarriage. It happened to me before. Check with your Dr.

    Hi I`m 45 and I had my menstrual this month for 7 days stopped for 5 days and then after 5 day I started spotting. I`ve had my tubes tied for 14 years and in 2011 I was told I have an cyst on both my ovaries. Can it be menopause ?

    There are dozens, and more reasons, and at times there is no reason we will ever know.

    If it continues a few more days, you can go in for a complete exam by your doctor
