Ok... I have been to 3 Urologists and none can explain anything. I have a golden colored semen. I mean honey looking and clear. I had a vasectomy 25 years ago but this started gradually occurring after a surgery when I was catheterized 2 1/2 years ago.. They all put me on various antibiotics to no effect. I find it odd that none of them asked for a sample of my semen, only a urine specimen. My prostate was only digitally example and was told, something like half of it was a bit enlarged. Everywhere I read online they all refer to prostate bleeding. The semen does turn brown when it dries. I am perplexed as why none of them did a ultrasound or some further testing on my prostate, epididymis or even tests on my semen. I do not know what to do anymore. I now feel that is the issue is not in the book American medical does not know what to so. Can anyone help me?

In order for us to diagnose, which we can't do here, you would have to give your complete medical history. With that being said, how could you expect us to even give you an inkling of what the prodlem is?

'Gold' coloured semen translates to me as a urine colour.
