    What is the outcome of a 1st time violation?
    My girlfriend was placed of probation for 2 years for a felony case back in 2010, she completed 1 year and 8 months and didn't know she was violated until she was taken in on a traffic stop this past August of 2013. Which resided to be two years after. She missed 3 or 4 appointments and her probation officer agreed that she would reschedule her and understood her circumstances. She done everything else she was suppose to do except she missed some appointments. What is the outcome of her situation if I hire her a good lawyer?

    Hello D:

    Even if you DON'T hire a good lawyer, she'll probably do 45 days. An appointment with your PO is NOT the same thing as an appointment with your hairdresser.
