My thighes are fat
I'm 6 stone but my thighes are quite big I have tried exiseing from books and I do lots of fitness clubs but nothings working please help me I'm going to cry

If your eating healthy, cutting out fatty, fried foods, eating lots of veggies and fruits as well as protein, that's half the problem solved, diet is most important in reducing body fat. Exercise is next are you involved in a overall body training program, like weight/resistance training, cardio, etc. You need to work out 4-5 times a week, 30-60 minutes. Swimming, running, jogging and deadlifts are great for the legs. If it's not genetics look into what your eating and change it and change your exercise program, ask where you work out what programs would aid your situation.

If you weigh 6 stone sweetheart there isn't a lot of you anywhere your imagining you have fat thighs yikes you want to see fat thighs ill show you fat thighs I have a pair that look like tree trunks.
Yes eat well and eat good food and exercise but you really don't need to loose anymore weight you will disappear.
Im some what concerned that you think you are fat I think maybe you need a little more help on eating rather than worrying about having fat thighs.

Some people just have extremely large quads. Although yours may be covered in a layer of fat the majority of it is muscle. In the most of these cases fat is not the issue. Losing the fat will help, but your quads will still be large. Don't do leg curls, or extentons they will build them. Run long distances no sprints. If you do lege extensions and curls do it with almost no weight. This will create a areobic exercise. I have the same problem. I lost about 17 pounds and my quads became extremely defined but still huge.

Oh you really don't get this do you she is only 84lbs in weight she doesn't need to loose anything she is tiny

Okay, honey you are teeny tiny. We don't know how tall you are or how old you are. If you are 6 years old and 6 stone, then you may be big, but if you are 12 or older then 6 stone is just a little wisp of a person.
Now, as far as your thighs. Hun, that is muscle, not fat. I had this same discussion with my 13 year old not too long ago.
You are just growing, you will grow into what looks like fat thighs, but as I said above, it is most likely muscle.
At 84 pounds (6 stone) dieting can be dangerous to your health.
It's funny how we all grow. When we are all babies, believe it or not, our heads look bigger than our bodies can hold up, then the rest of our bodies catch up to our heads. Then our legs look big and fat, then we grow a little and our bodies catch up to our legs.
What you are experiencing is normal. There is no reason to cry. I am sure your friends feel the same way about their thighs. We all go through this phase.
P.S. Aiding this girl in dieting was and is dangerous advice. Giving her pointers for a healthy lifestyle is good advice.
If you don't know how much 6 stone is, a simple Google conversion search will put it into your weight conversion. Just go to Google and type in convert 6 stone to pounds, or convert 6 stone to kilograms.

My girlfriends and I felt the same way when we were in our teens. We were NOT fat at all!! That was the first thing we noticed was our thighs getting big and now we realize that it was muscle and we were just growing. You are probably just growing so of course you are going to get bigger. But like everybody said here if you are only 84 pounds, you are not fat and you should expect to gain more weight. I was between 110 and 120 lbs and 5'4" in high school and that is not fat at all! So don't worry and remember as you grow up your body will change a lot because you are turning into a woman and not a little girl. Also remember that all women come in all different shapes and sizes so just work with what you got. As long as you stay healthy and excersise your body will be beautiful no matter what.
