    Hampton Bay Fan wiring problem
The ceiling fan has 2 wall switches. Sometimes the fan comes on with the light switch and will not turn off with the fan switch. Sometimes the fan will turn on when I turn off the light switch. Sometime both switches both work normal.

Is this fan located in a business location or a residential location?

It sound to me that you have poor connections at both the ceiling and wall switches. Is this a new installation?
