Freezing accts
Husband froze our joint accts and will not unfreeze them. He doesn't give me enough to paying bills, so I'm always flat broke, while caring for our 4 year old alone. He went to work n never came home, I got served at 2100 that night w divorce papers. He left me for some 18 year old waitress has a new house n new car. What do I do?

Husband can not "freeze accounts" he can take all the money out, he can close them, but can not freeze them.
So most likely what you are saying, he has taken all the money and ran off. You go to welfare office, apply for aid, find where there is food pantry for food. Next you start looking and find a job. You then file for divorce, file for custody and file for child support. |
