The mother pulled my daughter out of school because she was being teased about her weight Now after four years of Isolation and weight gain and Mother that always claimed 16 year old Daughter was sick all her life finally got her on SSI this year of something called selective mutinism. That is she won't speak in certain social situations. ( I myself have weight problem and not very social but managed to have normal life) Filed against me in court to Get more and longer payments I don't know why she would do this knowing that I have 3 children 1 with severe Autism 1 with Asperger's now considered Autism, ADHD and in remission from cancer and the other with bi-polar and depression .My wife of many years has to stay home to take care of the youngest with home 33 hours of home service speech ECT.. I have not been able to see her for about three years this month but was writing her the mother admitted in email that she herself(mother) was writing them and I have not had contact with her at all I have been alienated from her all together. I don't know how to respond to this court order paper. I do believe she lied on her expanses like 90 dollars for 2 people at Landry mat a month. And paying 100 dollars for online school that is tuition free.)

You should have been given the chance to respond in court before any orders for more money were approved. If you didn't do that for some reason, you can try now by getting your own court date and bringing all your financial documentation.
We can't answer why the mother would do this to you. She has what she feels are her needs and you have yours.

I don't read OP's post as indicatng that an order has actually been entered increasing the child support amount. If it has, OP should move to reconsider, if in fact he was not notified of the motion.

Get more and longer payments is the only thing that possibly indicates there is an order. Otherwise it sounds to me like its out of the blue. I'm wondering if mom is the reason behind the daughters problems. I have seen parents do things like that in order to make their kid dependent on them.

What are you going to court for? Is it over a child support issue only? What you need to do as far as your daughter is concerned is file a petition with the courts for some type of reunification and visitation with strict guidelines. I say some type as you are the one that can determine how best to apply visitation to your situation.

You can through court order compel the mother to allow communication with your child and if nothing works out you might want to look at a primary custody change. With your situation as you have explained it that would be very difficult but not impossible.
