Will I ever get the money my ex girlfriend owes me
My girlfriend broke up with me And moved to another state and she left me with a 1200 dollar credit bill for purchases that she wanted that I said I would cover for her until she could pay it back she is also on 2 of my phone lines that I am currently paying for half of the bill being a hundred twenty five dollars and she has no job for to pay me back

Taking her off your phone plan is easy enough. You may have to pay a fee to cancel it, but it's better than paying the monthly charge that she can't, and likely won't, pay back.
As for the $1200. If you have proof that this was a loan, and that she agreed to pay you back, you can take her to small claims court. Sadly, people in relationships often want back money they spent on each other, or items they bought while together, once the relationship is over. You do have to prove that this wasn't a gift, but a loan. |
