    When waterlines are turned off it causes vibrating and humming noises in lines
    When water is used and then turned off it causes vibrating and a loud humming noise in the feeder lines to the sinks and shower. I have not tried anything yet because I don't know where to start.

    Do you have a pressure reducing valve? Feel pipe where it comes into the house. Vibration should be greatest there.
