    Red bump next to meatus.
    So I'm 23 and I have a red bump next to my meatus. Is it hpv? Also I have a brown spot on my testicle the border looks rough.

    ''Meatus" means any natural body opening, but sssuming you mean the urethral opening in your penis. We can't tell you what the red bump is, but if you are sexually active, it could be anything. As for the brown spots, probably normal. See your doctor to be diagnosed.

    Tickle I have had 1 partner that was 7 months ago. My penile opening has been inflamed off and on especially after whacking off. I also noticed bruises around the crown of my little guy. And a red rash

    Dean, better get to a doctor and get checked out. We can't diagnose here for obvious reasons !

    Had it checked by a ex marine doc. And he said its agitated by the heat and rubbing against my synthetic long jons. And the bump is from spanking my Wang
