    Non biological father's rights
    We were married during conception , pregnancy, and birth. We live in the state of WA.

    By law you have no rights as the non biological parent unless your name is on the birth certificate. Was a DNA test done to determine you were not the father? Did she put the real bio dad's name on the birth certificate? Are you still together? What rights are you seeking?

    By law, if you were married at the time of birth you are the presumed father and should have been listed on the birth certificate as such. If someone wishes to challenge paternity, they may be able to do so. If that challenge is successful you may have no rights with respect to the child. It would depend on the age of the child among other factors.
