need master mind of my cleaning business' value!
Hello I have been knocking on doors to sell my office cleaning service, and also I have been learning sales techniques. One of the video that I watched the other day made me thinking, the trainer says that people will only buy if they see the value of your products, you need to create value of your product.

So, I have been trying to list out the value of my office cleaning business, but non of them could even attract myself.
    I have listed out:
    • hire a cleaning service will increase the positive image of your business, then the customers will more likely to buy from you? (i don't think any one will even believe this even its true...)
    • having a cleaning service will help you to save money from paying staff to doing cleaning for you.( my hourly rate is much higher than a casual worker's rate..so...)
    • a cleaner working environment is good for your staff, that will make your staff happy and work more efficiently. ( um...reasonable... but not many managers/owners will give a damn to office staff's healthy working environment any more)

any one could share some brilliant idea of the value of having a professional cleaning service will be very appreciated.

    Toss all that out.
Print a 3 fold brochure, and something like a fridge magnet.
    The brochure has:
    Experience
    Rates
Bonding/Licensing numbers (very imp - you are in offices when no one is around!)
Special features, green products, the strongest waxes, whatever makes you stand above the rest

Do it in list form and keep it short, or it will get tossed. Most get tossed anyway. So smile and give the first person you see a huge nice personal compliment. Then say 'You look like you run the company, so I'll give this to you. I'll bet you are the best, and I know I am too. I know you are busy, so have a nice day.'

I have already put all these into the marketing materials, but it seems no working so well. I am looking for some idea of value of office cleaning business that can differentiate my company to others. Then I maybe can close more sales when I knock on other business's doors, or at least make them feel my company is the one they will call when they decide to have a cleaning service.

    any ideas on this?
