    Cholesterol levels
    My age is 37 my LDL Cholesterol level is in 73.how can get normal level.

    Can you tell us what all 4 of your lipid levels are?
    Male, female, age, weight, activity?

    (Generally you lower 'bad' cholesterol by eating less animal fat, but it's more complicated than that.)
