    My heart
    I'm 17 years old & I've been having chest pain in the middle of my chest for about three days it hurts to the point to where my upper back is hurting, do you have any idea on what it could be or any suggestions about what I could do to help it

    The only real way is to go to a Doctor and confirm what is going on. It can be anything from a mild sprain of muscle to an injured rib to something internal. You need to get checked out.

    I agree with Cdad. We can't diagnose you. If this is something you're concerned about, you need to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis.
