    Widows benefits
    My husband passed when he was 47 and I was 45. We had no children. Would I be entitled to widows benefits?

    A lot depends on what country... and where he worked... you might or might not.

    If you are referring to US Social Security benefits, you may be eligible to collect survivor's benefits at age 50 if you are currently disabled. Otherwise you can collect retirement benfits based on your spouse's earnings when you reach retirement age at 67 (or age 60 with reduced benefit amounts).
