I had sex with my girlfriend a week ago today and after I noticed a deep cut underneath my head on my penis, it started getting very painful and little white spots started appearing, I was on holiday at this time so I went to a medical centre there, the doctor said I had a thrush infection and gave me dakrakort (not sure how to spell it) anyway I used the cream but then realised that it said not to be used on open skin, the doctor didn't explain how to use it so I just put it everywhere, I got home and it had gotten worse, white rings started appearing so iwent to my doctors and he said I had the wrong cream, but he said I did have a thrush infection and gave me tablets as its very painful to touch and very swallon, I now have cuts appearing everywhere on my penis and even though the doctor said its thrush I'm still scared as I've never had it before or know anyone that has, I have no idea what to do, I keep thinking I've got an sti or std but I've only been having sex with my girlfriend and I've been with her for nearly8 months, and I know she hasn't done anything, can you catch it by touching something then touching each other? Can somebody please help me with all this, I don't know what to do or think...
