    Not reach an orgasm
My wife never had an orgasm, we tried everything but she just dose not get there. Is there an medical condition that would not allow to reach an orgasm? Is there something we can do about it?

Some women just do not have orgasms. Has she ever had one in anything she does. Does she masturbae herself and if so does she have an orgasm then. Do you preform oral sex for her and if so does she have an orgasm then. I suggest that you give her more foreplay, some women take a long time to get to the point that they feel like they might have an orgasm so spent a lot of time snuggling and feeling and any other thing you can think of.

Ok, first go see a dr. They can rule out anything that could be stopping it. Second, has she ever had a vibrator? If not, I would suggest getting one and letting her play by herself. If she is anxious about getting an orgasm, that in itself could make it difficult to achieve. The key is to just relax and go with the feelings. If she is getting orgasms by herself, then she should be able to guide you into giving them to her too. Also, this may be basic, but you know most women cannot orgasm by regular sex alone, right? Many men do not realize this. It takes quite a bit of clitoral stimulation for me to get there. And a lot of women too. Best of luck to you!
