I don't wear my bra when I go to sleep. I feel comfortable when I don't wear them. Lately my peer group has started talking about breast sagging. So my question is- does not wearing bra aid in breasts sagging? Do they droop?

Agree, women do not wear bra to sleep. But if you are not fitted properly and using the correct support. They should not be "sagging" while wearing a bra

I am 19. But my mother won't let me get anything myself. She doesn't let get independent. If I want bra change also she says, I used to wear the same type, its comfortable enough . I just don't know what to do.
