I snore a lot whenever I sleep. How do I stop this problem?

Chances are you have some sort of sinus issue or some medical cause that we can't fix for you online.

My wife used to snore, turns out she had a breathing problem leading to sleep apnea also. She got the unit for when she sleeps and that was the end of the snoring.

I snore if I sleep on my back. On my side I'm OK. I used to snore all the time no matter how I was laying down but I had sinus surgery done to correct a breathing problem and that solved most of the snoring as an added benefit.

But to sit here online and tell you there is some magical cure by just doing such and such... not going to happen. You should see a doctor.

If you have a significant other have them turn you a little or the snore strips work.

I usually notice the elbow to my ribs... I tend to snore after I drink some. Don't know why that is.

Serious snoring can be a sign of other breathing issues, minor snoring is just normal
