New washer not spinning clothes dry
    Hi,
I have a new frt loading washer. Unfortunately, it is not spinning all the rinse water from the load. It is supposed to spin at 1050 rpms but it's not getting up to the fast spin cycle. I don't believe it is the machine because this is the third machine and a different manufacturer than the first two. The machine is not overloaded and it has enough clothes that it should work properly. It has a 3.8cf capcity.
We checked the electricity - it measures 115 volts going in. The drain has a very deep trap that I'm wondering about. Could a partially block drain impact the machine's ability to pump the water out fast enough
    Thanks
    Linda

    Hi Linda,
If you had a partial blockage in the drain it would back up out of the stand pipe. I'm moving your post over to the appliance page since this doesn' sound like a plumbing problem. Regards, Tom

First, are you sure your setting it on the right setting before going any further? It you have been using for example a gentle cycle, it may not be spinning at top speed. To clarify, you've had the same problem with 2 other washers and have replaced it 3 times now?
