I had sex 8-9 weeks okay on my period with a condom. There were no holes or anything. Then a month later I had my period (No lighter then usual and for the whole week as normal). I now have this sharp pain on the right side of my bellybutton that goes down near my hip then up below my rib. It hurts A lot to press. And it hurts all over my abdomen, and my stomach seems a bit bloated. Now I have had so pregnancy symptons at all. So I don't think I'm pregnant but please help :(

If you are under 18 (you ask under Teen Health) then a parent should take you to a doctor.
If you are 18+, you should go to a doctor on your own. I doubt that it is related to the sex of 8-9 weeks ago, unless you caught a STD.
Pain on the right side can be anything from your gallbladder to your pyloric valve to your appendix. Or an ulcer or an ovarian cyst. Or anything in between, common or rare. Pain can easily 'refer' from the origin of the pain to where you feel it.
In other words, find a clinic, preferably NOT the ER, where you may not get the best care.
If I had to guess, I'd pick the most common, gallbladder attack (on right under ribs). An ultrasound will tell if a gallstone is stuck in the narrow part of the bladder, for example. I'd pick appendix second (lower right abdomen), because you aren't vomiting.

(PS: condoms have a high failure rate, and you can't say that one had no holes - holes can be too tiny to see and so can the semen that leaks out)
