    Bowel issues
    I've been having trouble with bowel movements for the past 3-4 days now & I've been throwing up some also. It feels like I have to poop but when I do, it's never anything solid. I've also got this dull pain right under my ribs where my stomach is. I'm a 23 year old 220 pound female.

    There's just too many possibilities. You are going to have to find a doctor or clinic today, especially since you are vomiting and not just constipated.
    Is the pain in the middle or on one side?
    Right side might commonly be your gallbladder, but that's just one guess.

    I was even thinking kidney, but also other possible issues. May possible issues.

    Have to be checked by personal doctor
