    Bottom crisper drawer freezing
    The top shelf in my fridge freezes food and the bottom crisper drawer freezes my produce. Not sure what is going on

    Have you checked the actual temperature in the refrigerator? You need to do that and assuming that it is otherwise in good operating condition, turn back the refer temp control until the temperature stays between about 36 and 40 degrees. Don't expect instant results as it may take 24 hours to determine what the average temp is going to settle in at. Keep track of temps and dial position and if components are operating properly you should reach an acceptable average temp. Also, check freezer compartment temp, should be approx. zero degrees. Often, there is a separate adjustment for drawers.
    There are many good videos which you can easily search online. Just search for the specific symptoms in a few basic words.
