I have 17 month old twins(boy and girl) with my wife of 1 year and was planning on leaving her and fight for custody.but now we recently found out she is pregnant again.I've caught her cheating 8 times and she's always promised to stop or that she wouldn't do it in the first place.she has little patience with our kids more than I think she should.she will give them crackers or cookies instead of a meal at lunch or breakfast.she takes things for granted and runs her mouth openly to the wrong people.if I try explaining to her that I think she should be doing something a little better or healthier she instantly tries to turn it against me.she hardly gets on the floor to play with them even while standing or sitting.while pregnant with our twins she even ran at all times of the night.I don't want to hurt her but I do feel I'm more fit than her.and I can't stand repeatedly being deceived and cheated on anymore

I would demand DNA tests on you current child and the unborn one ot establish if you really are or aren't the biological father... this will be critical when child support comes up... or you might end up paying to raise someone else's child.

Sooner is better. And I hope you don't live in Virginia.

In some States a signed birth certificate is an irreversible commitment to pay child support even if its later proven you are not the father.
