    Remote
My outdoor fan is running and my remote will not turn the fan off or work the light. I replaced the battery and still nothing. The 4 switches next to the battery are all in the down position, I'm afraid someone tinkered with this. What position are they suppose to be in?

    (4) switches with (2) positions... I think that would be (16) possible settings to try if you can't find the manufacturers instructions... have you searched the web for the settings info?
