    Pain in chest
    I am having pain in the muscle above my breast when I breath and or put pressure on my shoulder to hold myself up if you were looking at me it would be your rightside but in describing it would be my left. I have been under a lot of stress but also in an altercation that left really dark bruising under my breast from the underwire of my bra that was being pulled behind me so hard it finally tore. The bruising has healed but it feels like there are lumps were it used to be. The lumps are underneath the breast in a different more adipose tissue like region, the pain feels like its above in more of the pectoral muscle region what should I do? Should I be taking this more seriously? Or just try to relax and bring my stress level down

    It can take weeks for the pain to go away even after the bruising is gone.

    I agree, you need more time to heal. Left side of course is heart attack side, but only you know your history and BP, etc.
