    What are the Board meeting requirements for a 501c3? Annually quarterly etc
    How often is the governing board of a 501c3 required to meet.

    The board meeting requirements are usually set forth in the by-laws of the corporation. The by-laws are regulated by state law. Tell us the state where the corporation was formed and we can hopefully find an answer for you.
