I am in the process of replacing the hydro-static drive belt on my 185 Hydro. I am to the point of; Do I take the electric clutch off? Or what else is needed to get the belt on? Getting around the clutch problem or tips to finish the job.
I was wondering how hard and a diagram for changing the belt on the hydrostat pump. It's a yard king wide body 17.5hp and 42" cut. Not sure how to change the belt.. or how to get into it.. and what to remove to get to it. Thanks for your time...

I have a riding lawn mower and the rear axle is sliding out. How do I go about repairing this? It appears to be held in with a clip at the end of the axle which would require me taking the hydrostat rear end apart to fix. Any advice or information would be very helpful. Thanks
