Pig ears and bully sticks for dogs
I have been reading the pigs ears and bully sticks for dogs is not all that great. It has salmonella and can cause vomiting, diarrhea, lack of appetite among other symptoms. What are some thoughts and experiences... especially with small dogs vs. larger dogs?

I don't give my dogs anything that can cause them to choke - anything at all. I don't give them anything if there's a danger they will break off a piece and choke.

I have also heard of lead in rawhide out of China.

    What does your Vet say?

I did not get as far as asking my vet yet. My dog recently started vomiting with lack of appetite and pooping loose stools. The only new thing I have introduced to her recently was bully sticks and pigs ears. Not knowing which one it is, I threw both away. She is fine now.

My dogs inhale the bully sticks and pig ears. I typically just give them the CET raw hide chews from the vet or RMBs 2-3 times a month.

Anything that isn't made in the US is bad for your dog.. and its getting harder and harder to find american made products.
