I noticed I am leaking on both breast they aren't painful at same my period is normal,I got pains on the spine,ankle and have fatigue what could it be?

I have no idea what thins could be but I do know that if you are still getting your period then you are not pregnant. Now for the other things that are happening to you, I would go see a doctor about this... how old are you?

Am 22 years I feel so normal except that I have slight lower abdominal cramps

Leaking breasts can be caused by a number of things, primarily hormonal. Since you are getting your periods as expected, I suggest you visit your doctor to have a blood test to determine if this is hormone related or if there is something more serious going on.

I have done a pregnancy test and its negative

Then you will have to see your doctor for a proper diagnosis. This may be due to a hormonal imbalance.
