I have an intertherm air unit and the fan is not turning
I have an intertherm air unit on a 99 mobile home. The fan is not turning on the unit. The fan will only turn on when it is manually kick started with a stick. Had a guy look at the unit, and he says he believes the capacitor is not holding enough energy to start the fan as needede. Also he said maybe the breaker was bad and not sending the right amount of energy to the capacitor. I have no idea how to diagnose the problem, but must have the air fixed.

Capacitors are cheap, easy to replace, & likely to be your problem.

No, but they do have run caps & what the OP is describing is a classic bad run cap symptom.
