    Pricking Sensations in Arms and Legs.
    I noticed recently that when I come outside in the heat or when I am walking on my treadmill. I get a feeling that pins are pricking me on my arms and legs. Is this something I should be concerned about? I am a 55 year old female.

    I think it might be a good idea to discuss this with your doctor... that feeling can be a result of marginal circulation or a pinched nerve.
