Our refrigerator is a Maytag MFF2557HEW. We have tried cleaning out the condenser coils underneath, tried checking for a thermostat but found none (is the model too new) and also tried looking for ice chunks/frost. However, there was nothing visible... we don't know if it's the defrost setting that...
