    Bumps
    I am 14 and have noticed small white bumps on the lower end of my penis. I want to know if it is normal.

    No they aren't... and the fact you just noticed them tells you they weren't there before.

    However they could be a lot of things... from pimples to infected hair follicles.

    Assuming you haven't been sexually active for it to be something worse.
