My gift of is very strong, I know something's wrong because I feel and not only that but my heart starts to raise very quickly and it only responds that way to people who haven't even opened their mouths to speak or proceed to an action they've been planning out for a while. But what's strange about it is that I can use my gift of knowing to figure out others and to help others but not myself if it's a problem going on with me I can't help myself at all I don't know what to do I et confused and stuck its like I'm prohibited from helping myself or understanding what's happening and why it's happening if it were someone else I can figure it out no problem but if it's me I can't see my problem and I can't fix it.

I have the same problem. In time learn to listen to your gut and watch patterns. When you learn this better you will find a sychronicity. Prayer helps tons too.
