Good morning sir. I will rephrase the question then. Is there a law in Pakistan to protect a child out of wedlock? The father intentionally did not divulge the fact that he was getting married to a Pakistani lady, so now that he is married is there a way that his girlfriend will be able to get child support from him? Granting that he is not earning that much, but the fact that he is employed, how do we claim child support from him?
