    Guardianship
OK I am going threw a social service process right now and they gave me two options for my daughter and don't know what to do. They want me to sign over guardianship I don't know what that's means or if its going to affect if I can get her back or even get to see her any more. The other option is to do adoption and lose all parental rights and possibly lose my other children I don't know what to do please explain this to me

Guardianship.. someone else gets custody of them until such time they determine you can get them back (depending on the reasons)... and you got Adoption right... once that happens.. they are gone forever. You will NEVER get them back and would not have any right to even see them.

You should have more rights doing guardianship depending on the situation. You might have to pay support. Adoption you very likely could lose even the right to ever see your daughter until maybe 18.
