    Vaginal chafing
    I recently began taking adipex to lose weight. It was Dr prescribed. The medicine causes dry mouth and I've noticed I'm not as moist on my lower area. I have experienced chafing on my inner labia from thongs and sex that I haven't had before. The chafing turns into a blister before it heals. Nothing spreads anywhere else, the blister is only where I was chafed, but its really uncomfortable and takes about a week to heal. I'm 51, have not gone through menopause, but now afraid this is the beginning . Any advice? I'm not used to having to lubricate and forget.

    What is wrong with having sex at 51 or for that matter choice of underwear.

    Vaginal dryness can happen at any age, but there are many symptoms of menopause and you are the right are for it.

    Only intervention is using over the counter lubricants.
