    Locating a french citizen


    I am trying to locate a French citizen because I think she is the daughter of a long-lost friend whom I have not seen in more than 40 years. I have tried social sites, but have had no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

    There are almost 7 Billion people on the planet... according to latest statistics 65,821,885 are French.

    It's a long shot at best... and impossible without a lot more information.
