    International marriage gone bad!
I married and international from Saudi Arabia. I caught him cheating on me. I don't have enough money to get a lawyer. I've printed out my own divorce papers but he won't sign, what are my options?

I think once he is served you have to wait a period and then take him to court

I don't know how long or how much. You'd have to ask probably the court clerk or someone else might be able to better answer you on here.

It depends on where you live. In some states, adultery can be used as cause to file divorce without separation, but in many states, you still have to be separated for a certain amount of time before filing.

You will pay court fee, and you must make sure the paper is properly served, especially if the other party is not in US.

What country are you in ? This is international site, I am in China, divorce here is simple, but you file for divorce where you are now living, if he will not sign, you file, he will have to be served, and a hearing will be done, ( even if he does not show up)

Normally you should have attorney, yes you will have to pay filing and court fees at this point
