    On holiday when police try to serve court papers to me as the criminal
    Friends of mine are on holiday and police came to their house to the gentleman to attend court to answer charges they say he has one week but will only be home a day later should they have told the house sitter this and what can he do?

    He better come home early then... or get a lawyer to talk to the court on his behalf.

    What country and state would this be in? Where the court is.. not where they are at now.
