I am 16, my parents are divorced I've lived with my dad for about 12 years because he has full custody my mom has done things in the past that has gotten in her trouble but so has my dad I want to live with my mom because it seems as if this whole time my dad has kept me from my mom and now that I have been old enough to drive I have a car and go with her everyday and spend time with her he always gets mad and startd fighting with me yelling at me threatening saying he will put a stop to seeing my mom and going plaves with her I also I want to move because my grandma and him hate on her so much for the past they fight with me about the same things over and over and I also don't get along with my dads wide and her daughter for the past year they have been married 2 years now I'm so uncomftrabl around her I love my parents both and I understand my dad has been their for me when my mom hasn't but she's stepped up and changed we get along so great and I also get to be with my sister I have a little brother that also lived with my dad but we don't get along either and he hates my mom for not buying him a dirt bike my dad also brags a lot about child support I am not a person to fight over money . Please help me out and let me know what I should consider doing pleaseee .

Mom has to go to court to change the custody agreement. At your age, your preference should be given significant weight.

But until a court modifies the current custody order (or you reach 18) you have to live with dad.

Your mom should get set visit times though the court, and I disagree with you on this, when mom was not able, he tood care of you for all those years, being mom and dad, he gave up a lot to raise you. And yes, your dad wants to keep you away from mom most likely because of all the pain and hurt she has caused.
Also if she wants to see you now, asking you to sneak out, against dads wishes is not right, she is doing this just to cause trouble, she goes to cort and gets a court order to visit certain times
