Unplug it and remove everything in freezer and thaw it out. Then remove the cover to the coils in freezer and flush out drain with a water hose nozzle. Blow out any plugs, as it's plugged up. Then pull out from wall and remove back cover and spray cleaner on coils and fan and wash out with water hose and vacuum up water with wet-vac. Clean out drain pan, too. You should use bleach in the drain pan or it will smell. Oil fan motor, if possible. Replace cover and plug back in and you will be good for another year. Do this once a year.
