    I don't know about 13.5", but I know three handle faucets are available; however the three handle faucets no longer meet current plumbing codes so you may want to look in to an alternative.

    Why not use a chrome remodel plate (see image) and convert to a snazzy one handle valve? Sound like a plan? This remodeled plate should just cover the holes. Cheers, Tom
