    Early pregnancy problems
    I am a little over 4 weeks pregnant, and I had a little spotting this morning. But I have also had some constipation problems. Could the constipation be part of the reason I was spotting? I am very concerned here. Please help.

    No reason to be concerned just by spotting.
    Spotting is common enough.
    Constipation is unrelated to spotting.
    I suppose if you are straining your muscles to go, and you were going to spot anyway, they might coincide, but straining doesn't 'cause' a miscarriage if that's what you were wondering.
