I have endometriosis and a fibroid.. my periods are normally very heavy and 6-8 days long.. last month I had fairly normal flow but barely 4 days from the week be been having some cramping and back pain since my period stopped, I just feel pregnant m 41 years old.

From the week before my period until now my breasts have been extremely sore and swollen, that would be 3 weeks now.. been having some cramping and back pain since my period stopped, I have taken 3 hpt all negative, I just feel pregnant I am 41 years old could it be perimenopause?

Daisy, we can't diagnose on the Internet even though you have given us good information. Because you have endo and fibroids, I think you had better discuss either possibility, pregnancy or menopause with your doctor to receive a qualified diagnosis.
